COVID-19 brought a new set of challenges to productions and companies. IWS is working hard to solve those problems.
First, we keep all our equipment fully serviced and disinfected. And our MSS Division has some specific solutions. All restroom trailers are equipped with sinks and clean running water. They also are fully loaded with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and hand sanitizer. Because we have a robust supply chain, we will not run out of these essential supplies to re-stock our equipment.
Additionally, MSS has a large fleet of handwashing stations that can be delivered to supplement a company’s or production’s capacity. These stations are equipped with clean water, hand soap, hand sanitizer and paper towels.
As part of our protocols we offer a service option of electrostatic disinfectant spraying of our spaces and our client’s spaces. Our service team uses equipment to discharge a sanitizing aerosol, like an industrial can of Lysol, over everything. While it is recommended to clean and wipe down all spaces before spraying, the electrostatic fog isn’t a wet process. Your surfaces will stay relatively dry to the touch.
While you are utilizing IWS/MSS restroom trailers, tents, trash, and recycling, you’ll have access to our electrostatic spraying service.
What about our IWS/MSS crew?
We keep our team healthy, so your crew stays healthy. MSS/IWS follows all federal and state guidelines as they relate to COVID-19, including:
- IWS/MSS checks team temperatures daily with touchless thermometers
- IWS/MSS requires mandatory five days off for ill (non COVID-19) employees, and they must have a doctor’s note to return to work
- IWS/MSS cleans and disinfects our truck cabs
- IWS/MSS drivers and all team are equipped with masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer.
- IWS/MSS staff utilizes BIO-IQ managed testing and rapid COVID-19 testing for team members.
Our Recommendation:
The safest thing your production can do is limit the number of vendors with access to your space. Fewer people means reduced risk.
